Kim Laurenson is a distinguished mortgage professional with a remarkable history of success at Mylend. Her extensive experience in the finance industry has positioned her as a specialist in assisting clients through the intricate landscape of mortgages. Most recently, Kim was named as one of the Top 40 Elite Advisers in NZ for 2024.
Renowned for her unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, Kim takes individuals through the entire mortgage process, offering expert advice and ensuring a seamless experience. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kim is a devoted mother to two beautiful children. You will often find her running in the hills, and drinking copious amounts of coffee!

ABBEY McSHERRY
Mortgage Adviser
Abbey has a passion for helping clients achieve their home ownership dreams. Her in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market and commitment to client satisfaction makes her a trusted advisor within the Mylend team. She is a seasoned finance specialist with prior experience in one of the main banks, and also a finance company.
Abbey has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of lending. She can even give some handy travel tips too! She has a warm personality and a flair for high end customer service, and once you work with Abbey, you will work with her for life!
When Abbey isn’t helping clients with their home lending, she is a busy mum to Lottie and is a casual runner and Gym goer. Abbey is always available for a chat, or to help out with any of your initial queries.

STUART DAWE
Insurance Adviser
Stuart is our dedicated Personal Insurance Adviser at Mylend, committed to helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Originally residing in the West Coast, Stuart is married with 2 teenagers, and a dog called Murphy!
Known for his clear communication, integrity and attention to detail, Stuart takes pride in building long term relationships based on trust and results.
Drawing on years of industry experience, Stuart provides tailored guidance across a range of personal insurance products; including life, income protection, trauma and health insurance.

LATOYA YEOMAN
Operations Manager
Latoya is Mylend’s Operations Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience in administrative support and customer service. Latoya has honed her organisational and communication skills to ensure smooth operations in fast-paced environments.
Her proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail make her a valuable asset in our financial services setting. Not to mention her ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members.
Outside of work, Latoya is a busy mum of two, and loves staying active through mountain biking. She is excited to contribute to the success of Mylend and looks forward to supporting the team in achieving their goals.
